The 2011 Miss Universe contestants danced samba on the day before of the expected fashion event of the year that will take place in São Paulo, Brazil.
On Sunday the candidates practiced on stage for the last time to the sound of samba before the selection of the "most beautiful woman of the world," this Monday.
According to the Brazilian choreographer, the idea is to value the Brazilian culture through music and rhythm.

The event will take place in Brazil for the very first time and as the 60th annual Miss Universe pageant it is set to break all records.
Among the favorite candidates, according to the Brazilian publication Terra, are representatives of Kosovo, Aferdita Dreshaj; Spain, Paula Guilló; France, Laury Thilleman; Venezuela, Vanessa Gonçalves; China, Luo Zilin, and Angola, Leila.
