Tonight will be the night that the 80 candidates from all over the world have been waiting for their entire life, the Miss Universe 2015 Finals Night. One lucky lady will be crowned as the new Miss Universe queen, and among the favorites to win this year's competition are the representatives from Colombia and the Philippines.

According to reports, there are a lot of talks by fans and pageant enthusiasts on who Paulina Vega from Colombia, Miss Universe 2014, will hand over her throne, and these two countries are always coming up on everyone's prediction lists.

Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, is pressured to win this year's crown to make history, which is to have a back-to-back win for her country. The website described the 21-year-old beauty as "elegant" and "beautiful," and she has delivered well during the preliminary competition of the pageant, which was held last Dec. 16.

Another fan favorite is Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, and most pageant experts are rooting for her to win this year's title. Wurtzbach tried three times to win the Miss Universe Philippines title, and it was only this year that she managed to clinch the crown, according to Philippine Star.

When asked how it was trying three times to win her national pageant and failing the first two times, the 26-year-old half-Filipina, half German said, "Absolutely no regrets. Finally guys, and of course most importantly, I hope I inspired you. Never give up on your dreams and believe that dreams do come true!"

Filipino fans hope that Wurtzbach can finally win the Philippines' third Miss Universe crown tonight.

This year is the first year that WME/IMG will be managing the pageant ever since the company bought the Miss Universe pageant from Donald Trump. Another first that will happen this year is the live online voting during the Miss Universe telecast. Fans can now vote who they want to win, and the candidate with the most number of votes will automatically join the semifinals.

Watch the Miss Universe pageant tonight, Dec. 20, live on Fox at 7-10 p.m. ET. A live stream can be found by clicking here.
