Missing Family Leaves No Clues Behind: Family Pleads for Answers

A family in Michigan has seemingly disappeared without a trace, and family members are suspecting foul play.

Timothy and Sabrina Medsker, along with 4-month-old son Joshua were last seen on Feb. 16. No one has heard anything from them since then, causing a rising panic among friends and family. "This is 100 percent out of character and very concerning," Timothy's sister told Good Morning America.

Police have begun searching for the family and been through the Medsker's home at least twice looking for anything out of the ordinary.

"Anytime we have a missing person or someone who can't be contacted, usually in a small town like this, a few phone calls and we know where they're at," stated Detective David Schultz. "But obviously now almost going on three weeks, this is not the case."

Searches of the home did not turn up anything.

"All of their personal belongings were there, including clothing, computers, food, paperwork. It looked like something spooked them," Schultz explained.

Director of Public Safety John Calabrese offered more insight into the family's lifestyle. "They were very, very private. [Timothy] was never late. He never missed a work appointment. It looks like they left in a hurry," Calabrese noted.

"Nobody knows where they're at," he continued. "It appears the family left the Petoskey area by choice, however, family members and friends are requesting the public's help in locating them."

It's not clear as to what sparked the family's hurried leave, but other family members believe they may be going back to Orlando, where they are originally from.

"There's a lot of questions that we don't have answers to, but the main focus of our involvement with the situation is just trying to help the family make contact with their family members so that they would feel comfortable about their well-being," noted Calabrese.

Baby Joshua has been listed as "Endangered Missing" by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The family, if they are traveling somewhere, is believed to be in a silver Ford truck.

"We are so worried about you and Sabrina and Joshua. We love you. Please just let somebody know that you're okay," pleaded Timothy's mother, Laura.
