Monica Brown is praising God amid rumors of a rocky relationship due to infidelity with her Miami Heat guard husband, Shannon Brown.

Monica, the 35-year-old veteran R&B songstress, took to Instagram to praise God for restoring her husband after a car accident.

"Walking in my purpose, knowing that my steps have been ordered... Doing it all with him by my side…,"she captioned an image of a smiling Shannon. "Last year I almost lost him to a car accident & the reality that we are not always in control set in.. Days, Nights, tons of surgeries all went by and no one knew but us.."

Monica went on to share her family's testimony.

"I know God is able because one year later he's back on the court, at full speed, doing everything he did before but even better....," she wrote.

The singer also decided to address rumors that have been surrounding her marriage.

"What's on IG & TV isn't real life.. What's happening in your homes IS…," she wrote. "I share and spread love because that's truly what we need more of... Congrats SB"

The singer's comments come after media outlets like BET posted stories about Brown, 30, exchanging explicit messages and being unfaithful to his wife with an Instagram model. They also pointed out that she chose to remove her wedding ring amid the speculation.

Instead of directly addressing the rumors concerning her marriage, Monica posted images of her performing, spending time with her kids and glorifying God.

"In life tests are sure to come and because of my faith and belief that God is in control I don't run to talk about my problems..I'm too busy thanking Him for the good He's doing in my life…," she wrote as a caption to an Instagram video of her kids playing last month. "I'm not fake I just refuse to give the devil Glory that only God should have!! My babies got me smiling!!"

The singer previously spoke about how important her faith has been in her career.

In 2014, Monica gave 2 million Twitter followers the opportunity to ask her questions in a session titled "#askmo," and the Christian singer used the opportunity to share her faith. Her past relationships included one ending with her lover committing suicide and another one having a reported affair. When one person asked her about her method for overcoming obstacles, Monica showcased her faith in her simple response.

"God and Great family," Monica responded.
