Mother Accused of Sexually Assaulting 3-Y-O Twin Daughters and 8-Y-O Son for Months While Male and Female Adults Paid to Watch

A 30-year-old Oklahoma mother of four has been arrested after her 9-year-old son revealed to authorities that she sexually assaulted her 3-year-old twin daughters and her 8-year-old son for months while adult men and women paid to watch as she carried out the acts in her home.
One local police officer has described the accusations against the mother, identified as Natalie Lynn Webb, who was arrested last month in Elk City, Okla., as horrifying, according to a FOX 25 report.

Webb was charged with sexual abuse of children younger than 12 and child neglect, according to a report in the Huffington Post that highlighted details from the Dec. 18 police affidavit. Webb's 9-year-old son, who said he escaped abuse by hiding in a dumpster, said he witnessed his mother, who also abused drugs, sexually molest his brother and sisters while the adults watched. Webb is alleged to have carried out the abuse from December 2012 to March 2013.
He said the twin girls tried resisting their mother as she dragged them screaming and crying in a room where she allegedly used a foreign object in the abuse. One of the girls told police in an interview that what her mother did felt "nasty."
Webb denied molesting her children but confessed that she used methamphetamine, sold it from her house and sometimes traded her food stamps for the drug. Her 9-year-old son had told police that he saw needles around the home.
"[The child] said these things would happen lots of times. He thinks when mom took the needles it would make her act different ... she would act weird and ... her arm would have little dots where it was bleeding," according to details from the affidavit.
The children also told police that they were subjected to beatings and other physical abuse.
"[The 9-year-old] said his mom would not feed them and he would have to find stuff and cook it in the microwave or pop tarts and stuff," noted the affidavit. "If there was nothing [the children] would just scavenge the floor. On the floor they would find crumbs or cookies that were there from a week ago."
The affidavit notes that Webb demanded to take a polygraph test to prove that she did not sexually abuse her children. She told officer Steve Bonds of the Beckham County Sheriff's Office in late November that she did not want to talk with the polygraph examiner after she was told she failed the test.
"Somebody hurt 'em," Webb reportedly told Bonds. "I'm supposed to protect my kids."
"Natalie, you didn't," Bonds replied.
Webb is set to appear in Beckham County Court on Jan. 20 for a preliminary hearing. She is currently being held on a $2 million bond. Her four children are now living with their grandparents.
