'Mr. Mercedes' Season 1 Episode 6 Spoilers: Deborah Has a Plan to Help Brady
Deborah (Kelly Lynch) will try her best to help out her son Brady (Harry Treadaway) in the upcoming episode of "Mr. Mercedes."
In the episode titled "People in the Rain," the synopsis revealed that Deborah will strive to "change for the better." After realizing that Brady has been suffering a lot since he was the only one working for both of them, it looks like Deborah will go searching for a job. Unfortunately for her, he will interfere with her plans. He probably just wants his mom to focus on getting better and not worry about their finances.
Brady is also trying his best to impress his boss to get a promotion. In the promo released, he failed to answer Deborah's call because he was being interviewed by the higher-ups at the time. His mother wanted to use his car and sent him multiple messages that asked him to call her. Brady became worried about her, but it seems like she is okay. In the clip, she looked put-together and calmer than usual.

Meanwhile, Hodges (Brendan Gleeson) will reach out to Janey (Mary-Louise Parker). She was still angry after he admitted that he blamed her dead sister, Olivia (Ann Cusack), for the massacre that took place in the job fair. When they see each other at the Thornwell Medical Center, Janey makes sure that the retired detective knows just how upset she is with him.
Janey has asked Hodges to come to the hospital to see her niece. She insisted that Holly (Justine Lupe) may know something about Olivia. The girl had been diagnosed with OCD and a sensory processing disorder. She was highly observant. When Holly finally talked to Hodges, she told him that Olivia had been killed by the voices. Elsewhere, Brady is shown looking at Hodges' car. He appeared to be constructing a makeshift explosive device from a demolition block.
