'Mr. Mercedes' Season 1 Spoilers: Will Hodges Finally Be Able to Put an End to Brady's Madness?
Season finale will air on Oct. 11
All season long, Brady Hartsfield (Harry Treadaway) has been toying with the police as well as retired detective Bill Hodges (Brendan Gleeson) while taking on the persona of the devious "Mr. Mercedes."
Thus far, Brady's sick game has already taken its toll on many people and he has left nothing but fear in his wake.
For a while, it seemed like it was over, Brady's rampage was done, and some semblance of peace and order could finally return.
That was apparently not the case, however, as the season finale is expected to feature Brady terrorizing more people yet again.
As the trailer for the season finale showed, it was not smart for anyone hunting Brady to let their guard down. Just when it seemed like he was done, he has surfaced once again and is armed with a new evil plan.
While Hodges and the other police officers try to figure out what Brady has up his sleeve, "Mr. Mercedes" is already laying down the groundwork for his next move, and it appears to involve bombs.
Hodges does his best to keep tabs on Brady, and in the trailer, he is shown pointing his gun at someone who is in a wheelchair. It is unclear if the individual in the wheelchair is Brady, but Hodges may not have enough time to examine the situation.
What Hodges decides to do with the gun in his hand could save people from Brady's latest act of terror, cost an innocent man his life or something else entirely.
It is clear that Brady is not through messing with Hodges and the police just yet and his plans will be fully revealed soon enough. Fans should also be able to see if Hodges can succeed in taking Brady down this time around.
The season finale of "Mr. Mercedes" will air on Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. EDT on Audience.
