NBA Trade Rumors 2017: Denver Nuggets as Frontrunner for Eric Bledsoe? Two New Contenders Emerge

Now that the Phoenix Suns have confirmed the impending exit of Eric Bledsoe, several teams have now lined up in the hopes of getting the playmaker.

The Milwaukee Bucks and Denver Nuggets are the top two choices for the point guard's new home with the Los Angeles Clippers, Boston Celtics and Miami Heat also joining to make their bid.

The latest report suggests that the Suns are most interested in trading Bledsoe for Malcolm Brogdon of the Milwaukee Bucks. Unfortunately for the team, the interest is apparently not mutual.

According to Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today Sports, the Milwaukee Bucks are "unwilling to include Brogdon in talks," which puts the Denver Nuggets to the forefront as far as the Bledsoe trades go.

National Basketball Association (NBA) reporter Gery Woelfel has revealed that the Phoenix Suns are "intrigued" by Emmanuel Mudiay. However, there is no final decision about that yet.

In another report by Marc Stein of the New York Times, the Suns are finding a way to put together a deal with Bledsoe that also involves Tyson Chandler. He reports:

As the Suns seek a new home via trade for Eric Bledsoe, they've explored trying to move Tyson Chandler in the same deal, league sources say.

While there is no information that elaborates on this, CBS Sports believes that at this point, the Suns are willing to whip up a deal with majority of their rosters except Devin Booker and rookie Josh Jackson.

The site, however, knows that having Chandler to the fold will be a bit of a game-changer as far as the NBA trade deal with Bledsoe goes since his remaining $26.5 million on his contract has to be taken into account.

In line with this, the likes of Atlanta Hawks or Chicago Bulls, which will be in rebuild mode come the trades, become possible new homes for not only Bledsoe but Chandler as well.
