A member of the team is being held captive by the moles. The promotional photos for the episode show Callen (Chris O'Donnell), Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) and Sam race against the clock to find for their colleague before it is too late.
It is unclear as to who this missing Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) member is although the synopsis for "NCIS: LA" season 8, episode 15 teases that this person is in serious trouble and is in desperate need of help.

This individual is being tortured by the mole as Callen, Sam and Deeks run around the city in their effort to save the person This makes it all the more crucial for the trio to locate him or her before the torment leads to death.
It is believed that the NCIS member abducted by the moles in "NCIS: LA" season 8" season 8, episode 15 is Kensi (Daniela Ruah), at least based on how the previous episode ended.
In the installment, which ended the three-parter mole storyline, Kensi was revealed to have been captured by Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) agent Ferris (Kurt Yaeger).
"NCIS: LA" season 8, episode 15 will also pave the way for the clash of two NCIS members. One was betrayed by the other. The individuals in question could be Deeks and Hetty (Linda Hunt).
Fans will remember that in order to keep Deeks, Callen and Sam safe, Hetty was forced to frame them for crimes so that they will be held in custody, where the moles could not hurt them.
However, her attempt on Deeks will take a turn for the worse seeing that he might actually have perpetrated a crime that will send him behind bars.
