'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 3 Episode 15 Spoilers: Wade Relives Nightmare Connected to a Cold Case
Dr. Wade (CCH Pounder) will be the star of the upcoming emotional episode of "NCIS: New Orleans."
In the episode titled "End of the Line," the synopsis (according to CarterMatt) reveals that a new lead will prompt the NCIS to reopen a cold case that took place many years ago. Pride (Scott Bakula) and his team will reportedly investigate a street car murder. The warning signs will indicate that they have a copycat killer on the loose. The crime will bear a striking resemblance to a case that Wade once handled. This will force her to remember memories that she wishes she could forget. What took place in the past that scarred the big-hearted coroner?
Last episode, Pride and Gibbs (Mark Harmon) coordinated a joint operation to track down a missing playbook. Everything started when Abby (Pauley Perrette) joined a Homeland Security think tank and bad guys tried to use it to plant a bomb in the heart of D.C. Although the culprits were caught, Gibbs' team failed to locate a theoretical terror playbook that suddenly disappeared. In New Orleans, the squad got intel that the book would be sold to the highest bidder. McGee (Sean Murray) and Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) flew to the Big Easy to meet up with Pride and the others.
While chasing a lead, Torres was abducted. Gregorio (Vanessa Ferlito) went undercover to find him. In the end, they successfully saved Torres and secured the playbook. Viewers also saw Sebastian (Rob Kerkovich) bond with McGee. He has been struggling with the transition from always being in the lab and now, out in the field as an agent. McGee gave the younger man excellent advice on how to handle the difficulties. In the past, when he was just starting, McGee was mentored by none other than DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly.)
"NCIS: New Orleans" season 3 airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
