'NCIS: New Orleans' Season 4 Episode 7 Spoilers: Squad Meets Patton's Ex-Wife
Patton (Daryl Mitchell) will have to work with his ex-wife on an important case in the upcoming episode of "NCIS: New Orleans."
In the episode titled "The Accident," the synopsis reveals that the NCIS will be tapped to investigate a hacking incident in Veterans. A project being headed by Doctor Anna Yoon (Kelly Hu), Patton's former spouse, is hacked. The squad must find out who the hacker is and what he wants with the technology. It becomes apparent soon, however, that the criminal is planning an even bigger attack. It is the NCIS' job to capture him and stop his plans before it is too late.
The promo shows Pride (Scott Bakula) and his team being informed about what the technology is about. Yoon's group of researchers are working with brain implants. According to her, it is going to be the biggest breakthrough once they finalize everything.
The process will involve inserting a chip inside a patient's skull. Some of the team members express their qualms about the project, specifically about the fact that humans have reached that stage where they even tinker with someone else's brain.
While the NCIS is at Yoon's office, alarms go off, signaling that the system is being hacked. Later on, Gibbs can be seen in a tense street chase. An unidentified woman is then shown standing in the middle of the road, looking at a corpse sprawled in the asphalt.
The clip also shows LaSalle (Lucas Black) and Gregorio (Vanessa Ferlito) talking about tactics.
Last episode, LaSalle had the unfortunate experience of being the target of a mad woman. When Chloe Miles (Natalie Hall) was captured for murdering a petty officer, it became apparent that she was after men with high-security clearance. During interrogation, she was quite sure that the authorities would not be able to pin the crimes against her. LaSalle became one of her victims when they met at an event. Fortunately, his colleagues were able to save him in time.
"NCIS: New Orleans" season 4 airs Tuesdays, at 10 p.m. EDT on CBS.
