However, recent reports have revealed that actress Pauley Perrette will be exiting the show after "NCIS" season 15.

"So, it is true that I am leaving NCIS after this season. There have been all kinds of false stories as to why," said Perrette in a statement that she posted on her Twitter account. "It was a decision made last year. I hope everyone will love and enjoy EVERYTHING ABBY not only for the rest of this season but for everything she has given all of us for 16 years."
Furthermore, Perrette dispelled some of the rumors by saying that she is not planning to have a skin care line and that the network and the showrunners are not upset with her decision to leave "NCIS."
