Nene Leakes Defends Porsha Stewart Amid Divorce Rumors
After former NFL player Kordell Stewart made headlines for reportedly filing for divorce from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Stewart, the latter's co-star Nene Leakes took to her Twitter to offer her opinion.
"I am (a) good judge of character," Leakes tweeted Tuesday. "I will stand by and support my little sister @PorshaDStewart."
Stewart, a former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, reportedly filed for divorce from the reality television star in a Fulton County Superior Court on March 22, according to TMZ reports. Porsha, the granddaughter of civil-rights leader Hosea Williams, has seen defending her reportedly estranged husband on recent episodes of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" after her fellow castmates questioned what they deemed as his controlling behavior.

In an interview on BRAVO talk show "Watch What Happens Live," Leakes continued to say the former NFL player was controlling.
"I can only tell you what these eyes see and these ears hear. When I look at Porsha and Kordell, it seems as if he is controlling," Leakes said on "Watch What Happens Live." "Yes. It seems like she's talking to her dad rather than her husband saying such things as I can't have company when Kordell is not home."
However, Porsha defended her estranged husband against speculation in a recent HollywoodLife.com report.
"Well I don't have a problem with a man having an opinion. If you're a man, I need to know where you are leading our family," she told HollywoodLife.com. "And I love that about him and along the way, there are some things I agree with and some things I don't. As long as he can respect my opinion and let me woo him into what I want."
Stewart reportedly listed his marriage to Porsha as ''irretrievably broken'' and said there are no marital assets to divide, according to AP Atlanta reports. The couple was married on May 21, 2011.
