New Loch Ness Photo Reveals Proof of Monster's Existence (PHOTO)

George Edwards, a Loch Ness monster hunter, believes that he has captured proof of the Loch Ness in a new photo which he says reveals the monster lurking in the Scotland Seas.

The Loch Ness monster is believed to be a large sea creature that resides in the Scottish Highlands. First capturing the world's interest in 1933, the Loch Ness has been a topic of varied controversies and disputes ever since. While the scientific community regards the creature's existence as a myth, a large number of believers insist that such a creature exists. George Edwards is one of them.

Edwards has spent nearly two decades hunting for the presumed mythic creature, putting in over 60 hours a week at sea according to Mail Online. Now, following a 26 year quest, Edwards is sure that he has captured proof that the creature of fables is no myth at all.

The picture shows what Edwards considers to be the hump of the monster in the middle of the open sea.

"I was just about to return to Temple Pier (in Drumnadrochit) and I went to the back of the boat which was facing the pier and that's when I saw it," Edwards told Mail Online. "It was slowly moving up the loch towards Urquhart Castle and it was a dark grey colour. It was quite a fair way from the boat, probably about half a mile away but it's difficult to tell in water."

Despite the distance from which the picture was taken, Edwards is sure his photograph is the best proof of the monster to date and clear evidence that the monster exists.

"I'm convinced I was seeing Nessie as I believe in these creatures. Far too many people have being seeing them for far too long," Edwards said.

Although the Loch Ness did not gain world attention until the 1930's Edwards claims that the first sighting of the monster was documented far earlier than that.

"The first recorded sighting was in 565AD and there have been thousands of eye witness reports since then," Edwards stated. "All these people can't be telling lies. And the fact the reports stretch over so many years mean there can't just be one of them. I'm convinced there are several monsters."
