New Sharefaith Software Could Save Churches Hundreds
The worship-media company Sharefaith has provided a software tool for PowerPoint that could reportedly save churches around the world hundreds of dollars.
ExaltNow, or An Alternative to Expensive Worship Software, is priced at $69.99 for two licenses, versus other commercial projection softwares that range from $400-$600, according to a press release.
The plug-in software was designed to help churches create sermons using PowerPoint more effectively while saving money. The software can be used to achieve professional worship planning and help reduce the high cost of commercial projection software for churches with limited budgets, according to the release.
ExaltNow gives PowerPoint the ability to give professional worship quality to business-oriented projection tools. According to its website, ExaltNow makes creating a worship service simpler. It can combine text over video for continuous slide transitions and it can integrate an existing song database.
The software comes with 30 free top quality worship products valued at over $300, according to exaltnow.com. It has free worship video loops, welcome intros, countdown timers, sermon PowerPoints and worship stills, which can enhance worship services. It can allow you to create an entire sermon in a few steps by simply adding text over any video loop inside PowerPoint. The new software is backed by 40,000 Worship Media &Templates as well.
Churches can also integrate access to CCLI’s SongSelect worship database directly inside PowerPoint, which can give churchgoers access to the largest worship lyric and chord sheet database online, according to its website.
ExaltNow serves Sharefaith’s goal of providing affordable professional worship media solutions to churches. It contains over 40,000 worship media, including video loops, sermon PowerPoints, bulletin covers, newsletters, worship backgrounds and flyers. It is also equipped with a church media library.
It works for PC-based computers running Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, XP, Vista or Windows 7. By downloading the plug-in to a desktop and installing the application, ExaltNow will be automatically integrated into PowerPoint software. It will available to MAC users in 2012.
