New York Yankees vs Baltimore Orioles Live Stream MLB: Watch Online Game 2 (8PM ET)
New York Yankees vs Baltimore Orioles play Monday night in the Game 2 of the American League Division series at Camden Yards. The game is set to start at 8:07 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on TV on TBS, or alternatively will also be also live streamed online (details below).
In game 1 on Sunday the Yankees came through as winners thanks to a top of the ninth scoring spree. Coming into the ninth the scores were locked at 2-2 but the Yankees managed to score five resulting in a 7-2 in, which was unrepresentative of how close the game was throughout.
Russell Martin led off the ninth with a tiebreaking home run off Jim Johnson.
"We stayed in as long as we could. We're finding out what playoff baseball is about. You've got to capitalize on every opportunity that you give yourself and we weren't able to do that," said Chris Davis, Orioles right fielder.
The start of the game was delayed by rain for almost two-and-a-half hours, but it was not enough to lessen the enthusiasm of the 47,841 fans at Oriole Park.
With the loss in Game 1, Orioles must now fight to keep the series competitive. If the Yankees makes it a 2-for-2 sweep, they will need to win only one of the three games scheduled to take place in New York from Game 3.
The Yankees will have left-hander Andy Pettitte for his 43rd career postseason start. Pettitte has dominated the Orioles over the course of his career, posting 27-6 to go along with a 3.52 ERA.
Baltimore will rely on rookie left-hander Wei-Yin Chen, a native of Taiwan, who is in his first year in the Major Leagues.
The game starts at 8.07 p.m. and can be watched on TBS, with viewers also able to watch online through live stream with MLB.com and TBS both offering packages to watch the MLB Playoffs online.
