No bids for Teresa and Joe Giudice's Beach House

When Teresa and Joe Giudice decided to put their five-bedroom Jersey Shore house up for auction, they expected it to go for a reasonable amount of money that would help them with their financial worries. They even set the minimum bid at $100. However, what they didn't expect was for the house not to sell at all.

Teresa and Joe are reality TV personalities of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." They are having a tough time paying off their debts which run to $348,000.00 owed to the lender, HBSC. The couple originally had the property listed for $315,000.00.

Teresa's lawyer James J. Leonard, Jr said, "This particular home was purchased as an investment property several years ago before the real estate market crashed and before Hurricane Sandy caused significant damage to the area where the home is located."

"The reality is, there really was no value left, other than sentimental, and that is why they decided to part ways with the home."

This is yet another financial setback to the celebrity duo of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." Joe is doing his best to get back some of their investments by selling off assets. But this no-go of no bids for their Jersey Shore must come as a shocker to both.

It seems no one wants to own the pair's luxurious house even if that house is a part of reality television history.

It has been reported that Joe Giudice has been filming a short series for "Bravo" which will most probably air this fall. Last month, Andy Cohen, a host on "Bravo", insisted he couldn't confirm nor deny anything about a "Bravo" special to be helmed by Joe Giudice. When asked about it, Andy just remarked, "If it is, I have nothing to do with it."

It has also been reported that the spin-off of the famous reality show, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" will portray how Joe and his four daughters are coping after Teresa landed in jail for a 15-month sentence.
