What's Changed With the Addition of 'No Man's Sky' Patch 1.23
Patch 1.23 released recently for the PC, PS4 versions of 'No Man's Sky'
Though not as feature-filled as the previously released "Path Finder" update, Patch 1.23 still brings some useful additions and welcome changes to the game "No Man's Sky."
Starting off with the new features, players should find that Sentinel Drones now possess the ability to investigate properly when in a vehicle.
PlayStation 4 players now also have an option to keep the game's framerate locked in at 30 fps. Keeping the game's framerate at 30 fps should help further stabilize it.
As for PC players, there is now an error messaging feature that has been added to point out the times when certain things were not successfully uploaded to the Steam Workshop. Additional functions for the Steam Controller have also been included in Patch 1.23, according to the notes posted over on the game's official website.
Moving on now to the fixes included in Patch 1.23, there are many here that "No Man's Sky" players will likely be glad to hear about.
With the latest patch installed, players should find that ships will no longer spawn on top of one another. Another bug that could previously cause the players to go through the floor after they just left the ship has also been eliminated.
Fixes for the Colossus Exocraft are also included in Patch 1.23. Players should be able to enjoy a better look at the Colossus whenever they are driving it fast, now that the camera has been adjusted. Collision mechanics and animations for the Colossus have also been improved, and one bug that could cause this vehicle's wheels to sink beneath the surface has also been addressed.
Some bugs that could cause crashes have been identified and removed as well, while the user interface should also look better with the latest patch installed.
More news about other patches and updates that may be released for "No Man's Sky" should be made available in the near future.
