Obama Easter Outfit: President's Dog Best Dressed
President Obama's daughters appeared to steal the show on Sunday in eye-catching hues that drew attention away from Michelle Obama's beige and white get up. But it was the president' dog, Bo, who really impressed.
A "Who Wore it Best" survey began on Monday as fans of the First Lady began debating which daughter pulled off their outfit with more style. Malia, 14, wore a black and white gradient dress with a clenched waist and bright purple sweater. The high school freshman finished the look off with a pair of black ballet flats.
Her sister on the other hand, went for pretty in pink. Sasha, 11, wore a black and coral dress that cut above her knee. She paired the dress with a black and coral polka dotted sweater and even accessorized her look with a chunky silver necklace. The youngest daughter also wore flats that appeared to be in shade of navy blue.
Michelle Obama went for a more traditional Easter look by choosing an off-white dress, which she paired with a beige dress coats and beige heels. The dress was made by designer Prabal Gurung.
Mrs. Obama has worn the dress at least twice before. The first time the First Lady stepped out in the dress was during 2010, when it was first introduced in the designer's collection. She also wore the dress last year when meeting former president George W. Bush and his wife Laura.
Later on, Obama swapped her dress out for a pair of white pants. She wore the outfit on Monday during the White House Easter Egg Roll.
The real show stopper, however, appeared to be the family dog, who donned a fashionable pair of pink and white rabbit ears. The designer of the fashion accessory was not mentioned, although the dog did receive an honorary mention on President Obama's Facebook.
