Obama’s Job Speech: Hollywood Reacts on Twitter

Although House Republicans remained silent for most of President Obama’s job speech Thursday night, Twitter hosted many reactions from stars and Americans who tuned in.

During his highly-anticipated speech, Obama said that a GOP push to cut regulations was “a race to the bottom.” He urged Congress to pass his jobs bill right away and received a standing ovation from the left side of the chamber.

Several celebrities took to the social media site to voice their opinion on the speech after it aired, along with other viewers who shared their remarks. Among them was filmmaker and author Michael Moore.
