Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Miami Heat – Watch NBA Finals 2012 Online Live Stream of Game 4
The NBA Finals 2012 Game 4 will see Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Miami Heat tip off at 9 p.m EST live from the American Airlines Arena. The series has been a close affair but the Heat have the opportunity to take a decisive lead in tonight's encounter.
Following their Game 3 win on Sunday the Heat now have the chance to go 3-1 up in the series and move to just one win away from glory. However, the Thunder will be hoping to turn things around, and if they can bring the series level again they will know Game 6 will be needed and will see them return to the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City. If the series does go into Game 6 or even Game 7 most critics have the Thunder down to come out on top.
The series is being played with a 2-3-2 format with the games starting and finishing in Oklahoma if needed. But we are currently in the vital mid-period, which sees the Heat have home advantage.
In Game 3 Miami's LeBron James was aggressive throughout and frustrated Oklahoma's Kevin Durant at both ends. Unlike Games 1 and 2, which had seen the Heat pull out to large leads in the opening halves of the games, Game 3 was tight at the mid-way point, with Miami just edging it 47-46.
It remained tight and at the end of the third quarter it was still just a two point game with the Heat up 69-67. With just one minute to go in the game it was again just a one-point game to the Heat, but they rallied and managed to pull out to a 91-85 win.
It was the second game in a row that the Heat managed to hold off the Thunder as they tried to come back into the game. If they can do so again tonight, they will move to a commanding lead in the series and will be looking to close out the series on Thursday night, and thereby stopping the series moving back to Oklahoma.
