'Omiai Aite wa Oshiego, Tsuyoki na, Mondaiji.' Anime Spoilers: Can Arranged Engagement Between Teacher and Student Turn Into Full-Blown Romance?
Nano Saikawa's life as a teacher has just become even more complicated on the short-form Japanese adult anime series, "Omiai Aite wa Oshiego, Tsuyokina, Mondaiji. (My Marriage Partner Is My Student, a Cocky Troublemaker)."
Nano was supposed to be engaged to a guy named Takamiya Souichirou, the son of her father's friend, who has also taken care of her since she was a child. But what was at first a decision made out of obligation quickly turned into something else when Nano found out that the guy who went to the marriage interview was not Takamiya, but was instead his younger brother, Souji, disguised as him.
And as if this was not enough of a complication for one day, Souji also turned out to be Nano's troublemaker student. He bore a different surname than his brother because their parents were divorced and he was raised by their mother.
To make matters even worse, Nano's parents, as well as her father's friend, were not in the least bit concerned by the turn of events. After all, Souji won't be her student forever, and once he graduates, nothing would make the older Souichirou happier than Nano and Souji's marriage.
But it's still a long way to go, and all sorts of troubles and complications will undoubtedly hound their path. How will their journey towards their eventual marriage change the way they see, feel for, and interact with each other?
Will their complicated relationship continue to overwhelm the inexperienced Nano, or will she eventually learn to use this to her advantage and change her troublemaker fiancé into a good student?
This anime series is intended for mature audiences.
