ABC's 'Once Upon a Time' Season 6 will be back on September 2016
Fairy tale drama TV series "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 will soon return to ABC. Fans can't wait to see their favorite characters and of course watching them conquer one disaster after another in the next season but will they be able to finally defeat The Evil Queen?
Taking clues from the previous season
During the final few episodes of Season 5, Regina Mills played by Lana Parilla, was able to meet Mr. Hyde as he arrived in Storybrooke. Regina was also trying her best to resist The Evil Queen but this did not end well. The Queen was able to survive and she is now ready to lash out with much evil and chaos in the city. Will the Evil Queen finally take over?

New villains for next season?
In a previous teaser provided by Parrilla to The Inquisitr, Mr Hyde and The Evil Queen are not the only antagonists in the series. Even executive producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz hinted that they will be developing new stories that will go beyond the usual fairy tales. Therefore in the next season, anything and anyone can appear. Thoughts of Aladdin and Jasmine as well as adventure characters like Sinbad and Morpheus may create chaos or controversies for next season.
Cast headed to Comic-Con 2016
The "Once Upon a Time" cast will be at the International Comic-Con 2016 in San Diego this Saturday to give fans a few hints about what's going to happen next season. ABC released an exclusive statement regarding this event:
"On Saturday, July 23, The Evil Queen is back as the heroes of Once Upon a Time return to San Diego Comic-Con for its sixth consecutive year, with a panel that will discuss the upcoming season of unexpected twists, evolving characters, new adventures and new rivalries with moderator Yvette Nicole Brown," the statement said.
More Season 6 speculations and release date
The main cast will have to deal with The Evil Queen led by Regina Mills. This will be the most important battle that Regina had in her life and the most adventurous one too since the series started. The Evil Queen is unlike any foe that they have encountered before because she has no compassion whatsoever.
Belle, played by Emilie de Ravin, will still be in a deep enchanted sleep while the God of Dreams Morpheus will interact with her. And there will be more character interactions in the next season.
"Once Upon a Time" Season 6 will premiere on ABC on September 25.
