Snow Goes After the Evil Queen in 'Once Upon a Time' Season 6
Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) will soon reunite with her husband, David (Josh Dallas), when the Evil Queen's (Lana Parrilla) sleeping curse is lifted in the upcoming second half of the current season of "Once Upon a Time."
Goodwin recently told Entertainment Weekly that it would not be long until her character is back on her feet again. Viewers saw the Evil Queen cast a powerful spell on Snow and David before the midseason break. Under the spell, one would have to stay awake while the other is asleep. This meant that David and Snow will not be able to talk to each other for a long time.
Because he wanted to protect his wife from the villain, David chose to stay awake. He has to because the Evil Queen may come at any moment to finish off Snow. Once Snow is awake, she will go after the villain who caused her and her loved ones so much heartache. Goodwin said the upcoming scene would bring tears to the fans' eyes.
"The manner by which they are brought out of the sleeping curse is moving. I became emotional every time I read the script and it has nothing really to do with David or me," Goodwin teased, according to EW.
Meanwhile, two new characters will soon be introduced in season 6B. According to TVLine, the actors who will pay the roles may become series regulars for the next installment. The ABC series is reportedly looking for someone in his late 20s or early 30s who will portray a tough yet vulnerable leading man. The character is said to be a recluse, a once optimistic person who lost everything in the blink of an eye.
There is still hope for the character, though. He only needs to meet the right person who will reignite his will to live again. Another character to look forward to is a little girl, aged 10. Although she has seen many horrors at her young age, she has not lost her optimism that someday things would get better.
"Once Upon a Time" season 6 will return on March 5, 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
