'One Piece' Chapter 862: The Wedding Finally Begins! Is Sanji Acting His Part a Little Too Well?

It looks like Sanji Vinsmoke will not be having any trouble at all acting like the perfect groom as the royal wedding commences in the next chapter of "One Piece."

Despite being aware that his bride intends to kill him, the lover in Sanji is still undoubtedly attracted to Pudding, who in turn embodies the title of the previous chapter, "The Consummate Actor." But from Bege's vantage point, it seems that Sanji is the one acting out his part too well that the captain of the Fire Tank Pirates may have begun worrying about the soundness of allying with the Straw Hats.

It doesn't help that he's just seen Luffy and the rest of his crew sleeping in the fortress inside his body. This seeming display of slackness by his new allies shocked him, and despite Jinbe's promise to wake the Straw Hats at the appropriate time, Bege may already be doubting his own plans.

But even the best-laid plans are hardly ever followed to the tee, and since the wedding is about to begin, the Big Mom Assassination Plot is also now underway. Will they be able to follow each step of their plan? How effectively will they be able to improvise if one step fails? And will it ever be revealed what Big Mom's relation is with the infamous Mother Caramel?

Fans on the "One Piece" forum at Reddit speculate that Big Mom may already be aware of the assassination plot against her and is just playing along. One of the homies scattered around Totto Land could've already sent a signal her way. If this were the case, could she have been the consummate actor all along?

Another fan expressed concern about Caesar's loyalty, especially since he is in charge of the whole crew's way out; Bege's possession of his heart notwithstanding.

"One Piece" will be on hiatus next week, but will return on the following week in the "Weekly Shounen Jump" magazine.
