'One Piece' Chapter 859: Luffy and Gang to Kill Big Mom During Sanji and Pudding's Wedding
Since it debuted, "One Piece" has pushed out different releases from movies to anime seasons. Now that the longest-running anime series has been around for more than 10 years, Funimation has some good news for its American fans. Earlier this week, the studio announced that it will bring "One Piece" season 9 to the United States.
Funimation recently updated its website with a pre-order link for the release of "One Piece," and the update noted that season 9 will be available starting June 20. Titled "One Piece Season 9 Voyage 1," the highly anticipated release will feature the first-ever English-dubbed episodes of the "Fisherman Island" and "Return to Sabaody Archipelago" story arcs.
The upcoming release will also mark the studio's first home release, which includes the episodes of the popular anime after its time-skip.

The synopsis for the new release reads, "The human-hating Hardy Jones and his army of 100,000 troops has Fishman Island's royal family by the gills. Luckily, the Straw Hats make it in time to show off a boatload of powerful new moves! But just when Luffy kicks into gear, an ancient ship nearly twice the size of the island heads straight for Shirahoshi. Only the cowardly mermaid can guide the vessel away before it crushes them all."
Meanwhile, spoilers for "One Piece" episode 780 suggest that Luffy and the gang will try to look for food as they wage a battle against Big Mom. In the upcoming episode, viewers will get to witness how far they can go just to satisfy their hunger. However, Luffy's lack of know-how in preparing his own food will reportedly put the entire crew in danger.
Spoilers reveal that Luffy and his crew will sneak into an isolated marine base as they search for food. There, they will be confronted by some marine rookies who will not give up their food supply without exchanging blows with the Straw Hat Pirates.
On the other hand, chapter 859 of "One Piece" will follow Luffy and Bege as they use a KC launcher in trying to kill Big Mom during Sanji and Pudding's wedding. The pair will reportedly seek the help of former villain Caesar Clown in using the said launcher.
