With that, the character of the series will put to the challenge in the upcoming episodes. According to The Guardian, Piper, played by Taylor Schilling will be experiencing some issues caused by another inmate. Since she was barely seen in the trailer, fans will just have to wait for more teasers to find out who is causing trouble for Piper.

Meanwhile, the promotional clip showed that another inmate had her own obstacles to face. Taystee, played by Danielle Brooks, was seen with a new job. She was assigned as the warden's secretary, which will pose as an interesting new twist for the series. She will have to find ways to get used to her new post in Litchfield.

The teaser also hinted that the characters are going to suffer a lot in the upcoming episodes of "Orange Is The New Black." One of the characters, Pennsatucky, played by Taryn Manning, was seen saying, "Do you know the difference between pain and suffering? Pain is always there, but suffering is a choice."

"Orange Is The New Black" Season 4 is expected to premiere on Netflix this June 17.
