The second half of Season 1 for the hit drama-fantasy TV series from Starz, "Outlander" won't be airing until April but the network recently gave fans a glimpse of what to expect should the series returns.

Just recently, the "Outlander" official Facebook page posted the message:

"Outlanders, we've got something special for ye! We're spreading the holiday cheer with 25 days of ‪#‎OutlanderOfferings. Each day on Twitter and select days on Facebook we'll release exclusive content for ye to enjoy. It starts today with a glimpse of what's to come when Outlander returns," the post read.

Diana Gabaldon, the author of the book to which the series was based from, meanwhile commented on a teaser video released by the network: "A nice treat to tide you over!"

The teaser opens with what appears to be Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) on a horse. The scenes shifted to Claire (Caitriona Balfe) dragged off with her hands tied. For those who have read the book, they might already know that the character is, once again, in danger. Geillis Duncan (Lotte Verbeek) is also featured wearing a troubled face.

Colum MacKenzie (Gary Lewis) meanwhile tells his brother Dougal (Graham McTavish) in the promo clip:

"One day, brother, you'll talk your head off your shoulders, and right on to a pike."

"I never counted on loving you," Claire speaks at the end of the video. She is referring to Jamie whom she married to escape Jack Randall's (Tobias Menzies) clutches.

Although Jamie does not say anything in the short footage, he is, otherwise, seen to be wounded in a sword fight.

"Outlander" Season 1 returns for its second half on Saturday, April 4 of 2015, on Starz.
