'Outlander' Season 2 Spoilers: Jamie and Claire Meets Prince Charles; Brianna to Debut Soon
American-British television drama series "Outlander" has finally aired its first episode for the second season. And as expected, it picked up after the events of the finale episode from the first season. According to a recap by Christian Today, Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) met the rich but mysterious Comte St. Germain (Stanley Weber) during the premiere episode. But Claire and Comte clashed after the former pointed out that the crew members of the ship were infected with smallpox.
In the second episode, which will be titled "Not in Scotland Anymore," Jaime and Claire will meet more new characters. International Business Times reported that the couple will cross paths with Prince Charles (Andrew Gower) whom they will seek help from to achieve their goals. Jaime and Claire have been planning to stop the Jacobite rebellion and with a connection with Prince Charles they might just win it. But it won't be as easy as it would be though.
On the other hand, Fashion & Style reported that Jamie forced his pregnant wife to return to her own time right before the emergence of the battle of Culloden. Claire is heartbroken but she will agree to go back and try to pick up the pieces with her husband Frank (Tobias Menzies). However, it's going to be difficult for Claire since she is in love with another man.

"Claire is in the depths of grief," Balfe revealed to The Wall Street Journal. "She is a different woman now. She is in love with someone else. She feels like she's lost that person, her heart is broken and she cannot give Frank even a glimpse of hope because she feels that if she does, it is going to hurt him even more than she already has."
Inquisitr also noted that Brianna, Jamie and Claire's daughter, will debut in the show soon. The character will be played by actress Sophie Skelton. But Brianna will be growing up with Frank. It is still to be known if she will know who her real father is.
