Pamela Anderson's Hair Changes Again, Actress Goes Brunette

Pamela Anderson made yet another drastic change to her hair this week, just one month after chopping it into a pixie cut.

The famous blonde actress switched her hair color and is now sporting a closely-cropped brunette hairdo, shocking fans once more with the alteration.

Anderson was first spotted with the rich brown hue at LAX airport on Sunday. However, most of her hair was concealed under a bowler hat, according to People.com.

When explaining her recent haircut, the "Baywatch" star told Ellen DeGeneres that the New York City marathon had something to do with the change.

"I just thought my hair had a life and I kind of wanted to put that behind me and start fresh," Anderson explained. "And I also thought it would be good for the marathon."

In running the NYC marathon, which she participated in alongside her brother, the actress was able to raise "a lot of money" for her charity in Haiti.

"My oldest son Brandon told me that next year he will do it with me," Anderson noted.

Meanwhile, Anderson is not the only actress to have chopped off her hair in recent times. Last year, Anne Hathaway made waves when she hacked her long dark locks for a cropped 'do.

Just last month, actresses Kristin Chenoweth, Jennifer Lawrence, and Jennifer Aniston debuted short haircuts.

While Chenoweth and Lawrence debuted pixie cuts, Aniston simply cut six inches from her hair, creating a new chin-length bob.

"It was kind of spur-of-the-moment," the actress explained to Vogue last month. "I was flipping through the television channels and I paused it to take a picture and I sent it to Chris [McMillan, her hair stylist] and he said, 'That's [stylist] Lawren Howell from Vogue!' And then he said, 'I just cut that!' So that's it."

Without a moment of hesitation, Aniston had her stylist cut her hair into the same style.

"I did it! I feel great, I feel lighter," the actress told Vogue. "It's simple, it's really simple, that's for sure. But I'm always one of those girls who does a big old chop just to get it really healthy, to repair all the [damage from] hair coloring and stuff like that. And I just got bored, honestly. It's fun to change it up once in a while."
