Paris Jackson Mother Not Taking Custody of Daughter; Jackson 'Eager' to Meet Mark Lester
Paris Jackson's biological mother, Debbie Rowe, will not be taking custody of her daughter after an investigation into the Paris' home life with the Jackson family. Sources say that Paris is eager to meet Mark Lester, who claims to be the girl's biological father.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled that Paris will remain in the guardianship of her grandmother, Katherine Jackson, and cousin TJ, after she is released from the hospital and any treatment facility. Paris attempted suicide earlier this month, and Beckloff ordered an investigation into the teen's living situation, leading to speculation that she could be removed from the home.
"I'm taking no further action," Beckloff told attorneys for the Jackson family.
Paris remains hospitalized but is expected to be moved to a longer, more in-depth treatment facility for help with depression, anxiety, and grief. It's been four years since her father, Michael, died of an accidental overdose.
Meanwhile, Mark Lester has made claims that he is Paris and Prince' s true biological father. There have been rumors that the children are not biologically Jackson's, but they have been dismissed by the Jackson family. However, several reports state that Paris may be interested in meeting Lester since she recently reconciled with her biological mother, Debbie Rowe, and has been spending a great deal of time with her.
"Paris is deeply interested in learning about her father's friendship with Mark and what happened," a source told the Mirror. "In no way would she ever see him as a replacement for Michael, but she's curious… Michael always described Mark as his 'special friend.' Now it has even greater significance."
"Michael felt Mark was one of his closest friends," another source told the Sunday Mirror. "He said he was a great actor and very good man. He mentioned that he had taken several people's sperm and decided on Mark."
"I'm right here for you," Lester said in a direct message to Paris and Prince. "If they (the children) ever need to come over to the UK they can come and visit, be lovely to see them. The door is always open for them. My family, my girls, my son, we were all very close with Michael and his children and it's a shame that in four years we haven't really seen them," Lester told the Mirror.
