Passion Experience On Broadway NYC
Worshipping on Broadway? Sounds good!
Well, that's where Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band, and Charlie Hall are heading for the Passion Experience Tour! April 15, they will march in New York City (Broadway) for a very special night of worship. And guess what? This event is FREE and open to the public.
Many ministers and students often target major metropolitan areas for free events where a growing Christian population needs support. A similar event was held last fall in Boston and went on record as one of the largest student events in that city's history.
"We know God is at work in NYC stirring the hearts of this collegiate generation," says Passion leader Louie Giglio. "It's our desire to partner with existing ministries to reach out to the students of New York and help advance the work God is doing on campuses and churches throughout the city. This night is not about our names; not mine, Passion's, or any band's. This night is all about One beautiful name, and His fame is what brings us to Manhattan."
The New York concert will be held in the historic Beacon Theater at Broadway and 74th Street and will also feature Giglio's teaching and spoken word from Amena Brown. Doors open at 6:30 EST, and the event starts at 7:30 EST. Seating is first come, first served. For more information, click over to 268generation.com
