'Peaky Blinders' Season 4 Spoilers: Tom Hardy's Alfie Solomons Gone for Good?

Tom Hardy's Alfie Solomons might be a real goner in "Peaky Blinders" season 4. A new teaser hints that the Shelby brother's frenemy might finally die in the upcoming season.

A clip released for "Peaky Blinders" season 4 suggested that Alfie and Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) could once again square off. It's not unusual for the two to beat each other's throats based on previous seasons, but someone might have finally nailed Solomon's coffin judging from the teaser.

"The killing of Alfie Solomons is not going to help," someone clearly utters in the said clip. "This will be very bad for business."

Last season, Tommy nearly killed Alfie because his frenemy placed his son's life in danger. Alfie double-crossed the Shelby family far too many times and Tommy might have had enough in "Peaky Blinders" season 4.

If Alfie dies, however, then Tommy and his brothers' troubles will be far from over. A new big bad will be introduced in Adrien Brody.

The actor's still unnamed character is the head of an Italian mob in Birmingham and they want the Shelby family out. They're not afraid to do this violently as seen in another teaser.

Meanwhile, Murphy teased that "Peaky Blinders" season 4 might be the best installment in the British gangster drama yet. Not much is known about the plot of the upcoming season other than it will happen six months after the police rounded up and arrested every Shelby family gang member.

"It's pretty powerful, there are going to be lots of surprises," Murphy revealed.

"Peaky Blinders" season 4 episode 1 will take place on Christmas Eve. Tommy will receive a letter that sends him packing up for safety as someone is out to get his family. Could it be the new gang or someone he's been at war for so long?

Tune in to "Peaky Blinders" season 4 when it returns on BBC Two in the U.K. and Netflix in the U.S. The premiere date has not been confirmed but Murphy assumed it will begin sometime this November.
