'Persona 5' Tips and Tricks: What Players Around the World Need to Learn About the RPG

"Persona 5" was just released to the world last week, and there are several helpful tips already available so players can get a slight advantage in starting with the game.

This Atlus-developed game has been in the market in Japan since September 2016, but its worldwide debut only happened on April 4. Players should also consider the idea that "Persona 5" might require a special approach since it combines the elements of a role-playing game and that of a social simulation title.

The first tip from Polygon advises players to "always listen to Morgana," who is one of the playable characters in "Persona 5" and is known as a Magician Confidant. He is depicted as a black cat donning extremely huge blue eyes.

However, players should know that he hates being treated as just as mere cat, and developers might have designed Morgana as more than being a domesticated animal. According to Polygon, Morgana seems to have the task of handing players hints and help along the course of the game, and these vary from sheer opinions to very clear instructions.

Just like any other game, "Persona 5" beginners will be walked through the basics of the game via a set of tutorials. By that time, players should understand that the main goal on every level is to defeat the enemy before letting them attack. So the key is for gamers to make the first efficient and damaging move.

The game also provides power ups that will help players knock their enemies out on the first move. "Persona 5" introduces the "1 More" option. It lets players attack the enemy repeatedly once they strike at the adversary's weak points.

However, when 1 More is activated, players are also letting their enemies have the chance to attack them over and over on their weak points.

On the other hand, interacting with others affects the RPG fighting skills of the characters, as pointed out by GameSpot. With that, there are social activities that players can accomplish to help boost their powers, and getting a part time job is one example.

Meanwhile, other activities aside from getting a job can help with the power up. For instance, players are advised to head over to the Underground Walkway in Shibuya Station during Sunday where they can buy a Fruit Juice. Consuming this beverage will add points to random skills or characteristics of the playable characters.
