Phaedra Parks Grilled By Momma Joyce On 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta'

Phaedra Parks, the attorney on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," is receiving some backlash from the mother of her fellow cast member and friend Kandi Burruss.

Burruss' mother, who is referred to as Momma Joyce on the whos, confronted Parks in the latest episode of the Bravo TV reality television series for introducing her daughter to Todd Tucker. Momma Joyce has vehemently disagreed with her singer-songwriter daughter's decision to marry her now fiance and broadcast producer Todd Tucker.

Momma Joyce chastised Parks for introducing Tucker and Burruss.

"With all these lawyers and everything else that you know, you're going to introduce her to one of the workers," she questioned Parks on the show. "I personally wouldn't have never introduced my girlfriend to him."

However, Parks defended her decision to introduce Burruss to her fiance.

"I knew Todd was the perfect guy for her," she said. "I knew that they would make a very cute couple."

Still, Burruss mother wouldn't let up and spoke out about Tucker's appearance.

"He's little. He's short. He's got a big head," Joyce told Parks. "Two short people with big heads, you don't introduce two short people with big heads."

After receiving backlash for the comments she has been making about her daughter's fiance, it seems Momma Joyce is ready to change her tune.

"I'm out of it. Whatever Kandi does, it is completely her decision now," Joyce told Radar Online recently. "I wish her well. I just hope that this is the right choice for her."

Joyce explained her issues with her daughter's fiance.

"They have worn me down to the point where it has made me sick. I just don't feel like Todd is the right choice," she told Radar Online. "I think he's manipulative… I've tried to shield my child, but I'm tired."
