Phil Robertson and other stars from "Duck Dynasty" recently signed on to help raise funds for a Jewish Ministry this fall.

The Messianic Jewish Bible Institute shared the news on their website that Phil along with other members of the Robertson family will be joining their annual fundraiser this year.

"Spend a fun filled evening with the Duck Commander himself, Phil Robertson, and other stars from the mega hit show, A&E's Duck Dynasty," the announcement reads. "They'll share heartwarming and hysterical stories about filming the show, what goes on behind the scenes, their lives, their faith, their family and ducks. The event will be unscripted and unrehearsed, so who knows what tales of trials, tribulations and triumphs will be told! They'll be joined by special musical guests who'll provide their own special brand of toe-tapping fun. Celebrate the simple. Laugh with us. Smile with us. Tap your toes with us. And as Phil says, get 'HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY.'"

The fundraiser for MJBI will take place on Nov. 1 in Forth Worth, Texas. It is believed that the money raised will go to Jews in Israel. Tickets start at $100 with other offers for Duck Commander packages.

Meanwhile, Robertson made national headlines after speaking his mind on homosexuality in GQ magazine earlier this year. While many "Duck Dynasty" fans celebrated the Robertson patriarch's firm stance on his faith, critics blasted the 68-year-old for the comments, and he was suspended from A&E for a period of time.

Despite a dip in ratings, A&E signed "Duck Dynasty" to the network through 2015 this week. Phil's eldest son Alan Robertson said of the news: "We know we're locked in for at least another full year, through 2015. Beyond that, we really don't know," according to The Shreveport Times.

Alan, also known as the "first beardless" member of the Robertson family, promised that the next year would include great stories on "Duck Dynasty."

"We have recommitted this year, both our family and the network production crew, to putting out some really good stories from our family that we can all enjoy," he said.

"Duck Dynasty" airs on A&E Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST.
