The Philadelphia Eagles try to notch their first win of the season as they face the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in the National Football League.

Both teams are experiencing surprising starts to the season as the Eagles are still winless in their first two games despite being regarded as one of the better teams in the league, while the Jets are unbeaten in their last two matches though initial expectations predicted otherwise.

For the Jets, they suffered a poor 4-12 season last year and are only two wins away from matching that record – or at least surpassing it.
If their first two matches this season are any indication, they should have no problems doing a better job this year as they battered the Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts.
Despite losing their coach earlier this year, the Jets have been on point defensively as they have shut down defences of their opponents.
Expect them to do the same against an Eagles team that had been rebuilt as an offensive threat in the season.
Unfortunately for them, it has not worked out at all and if the Eagles cannot fix this problem soon, things will only get worse.
Philadelphia have been unimpressive early on. They recently lost to a battered Dallas Cowboys squad and they have already recorded five turnovers this season – falling perfectly into the trap of the Jets who have made their opponents turn the ball over 10 times in the first two games.
The Eagles do have DeMarco Murray. However, he looks like a shell of his former self as their star seems to be gettng tackled more times than he has ever been last season.
And the possibility of him not playing against the Jets is another worrying site as this means quarterback Sam Bradford has more to do with regards to passing – meaning he has to beat the Jets defence and get the ball down the field before he gets tackled.
