Premier hard rock act Pillar has partnered with Teen Mania, one of the largest youth ministries in America, for promotional efforts of the ministrys current initiative entitled Battle Cry.
Pillar has provided Teen Mania with exclusive use of its current single Frontline for use in promotional efforts for Battle Cry and will also act as musical headliners for select Battle Cry events including the upcoming gathering in Philadelphia on Saturday, Dec. 19.
The lyrics for Frontline read Everybody with your fists raised high, let me hear your battle cry tonight; stand beside, or step aside were on the frontline.
The Battle Cry campaign is Teen Manias rally to capture the hearts of a generation in crisis. While 35 percent of the boomer generation (today's adults) hold core biblical beliefs, it's estimated that only 4 percent of their children (this generation of teenagers) will stand firm for Jesus, according to the campaigns website.
Music is the soundtrack to the lives of todays youth, said Teen Mania producer Doug Rittenhouse. Pillars Frontline speaks to the heart and passion of a movement, one that aspires to change the futures of these young people. Frontline will be used as a catalyst to rally pastors, churches, and youth group leaders in their quest to incite this generation toward change.
The music video for Frontline, which was produced by Teen Manias own Center for Creative Media, can also be viewed by Battle Cry members on the campaigns website for a limited time.
