Pippa Middleton Named Contributing Editor of 'Vanity Fair,' Planning to Move in With Boyfriend?
Pippa Middleton is keeping busy these days and her life is only getting busier. She was recently named a contributing editor for "Vanity Fair" magazine, and her first article appears in the July issue.
Middleton offers a piece on Wimbledon, including her own quest for Wimbledon glory and her family's history of going to the sporting event. Now, of course, the Middleton family no longer has to wait in line for over three hours to get tickets to Centre Court.
"I first went to Wimbledon when I was eight years old and already a very keen player," Middleton writes. "During this first trip I acted on my childish tennis dreams and bought myself a postcard of the women's championship trophy, on which I wrote, 'I will win this one day,' with my signature below."
Middleton is already the published author of "Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends," and frequently writes for Waitrose, a monthly magazine. She also just started her own company called PXM Enterprises.
"We're delighted to have Pippa as a contributor to 'Vanity Fair,' the magazine's editor, Graydon Carter, told the L.A. Times. "She's a keen observer of classic British pastimes. She is also an avid sportswoman, and we look forward to her take on traditional English pursuits, beginning with Wimbledon."
Pippa has come into her own ever since big sister Catherine (Kate) married England's Prince William. She has focused on her career and, even though she has had a few relationships as well, is completely dedicated to her future and family. Pippa is expected to help Kate once she has her baby and will likely relish the role of aunt.
She is currently dating stockbroker Nico Jackson, 35, and reports state that the two may be considering moving in together. They have been together for nine months, and moving out of the flat she shares with younger brother James would be a huge step in their relationship.
