PlayStation VR News, Release Date and Updates: Top 5 Games Coming to the Console
Here Are the Top 5 PlayStation VR Games to Play
From the fresh new titles at E3 2016, what are the PlayStation VR games worth playing?
Sony's PlayStation VR was codenamed Project Morpheus during its development. It is scheduled to launch on Oct. 13 this year, and game developers are slowly rolling out teasers for PlayStation VR games that may become the game of the year. Here are the top 5 games you should look out for:
1. Resident Evil 7 Biohazard
Capcom's already horrifying Resident Evil 7 is amped up through PlayStation VR. It's considered to be scary because the development team made jump scares, but it becomes out-of-this-world scary when it is played on PlayStation VR. Even Capcom folks are scared by their own creation, Express reported.
2. Final Fantasy XIV Online
Square Enix's Final Fantasy XIV Online is coming to PlayStation VR. This specific title is one of two MMORPG genres in the Final Fantasy series. For long-time fans of the franchise, a game is not complete without quests. So that is something to look forward to when the game drops for PS VR.
3. Golem
Golem is a PS4-exclusive game from Highwire Games. According to Wareable, the mission of this game is to control the golems with eyes and movement via the PlayStation VR. It is a unique concept on its own, and its gameplay will be interesting, to say the least.
4.Thumper
Thumper is a rhythm game made by Drool. You play the game by correctly synchronizing the buttons to the beat of the game. A space beetle is at the front speeding through the track. However, it's not so simple as the game will have obstacles, tracks, bosses and enemies along the way, according to the PlayStation blog. This is perfect for rhythm game fans and casual gamers. It is expected that its gameplay mechanics for PlayStation VR will be a little different for PS4 by itself and for PC.
5. Beyond Flesh and Blood
Beyond Flesh and Blood is a third-person shooter developed by indie gaming company Pixelbomb Games. The game is set in a dystopian, war-ravaged Earth where the protagonist of the game will have to investigate reports of aliens as there have been sightings in the past. According Express, Beyond Flesh and Blood is not a mere mech shooter. Watch the trailer below so you can see it for yourself.
