'Pokemon movie: Hoopa and the Clash of the Ages' to release later in 2015 in US.

"Hoopa and the Clash of Ages" is a 70-minute animated Pokemon film that was released in Japan on July 18. The film that has fan favourites Ash Ketchum and his loyal electric mouse Pikachu will be localized for Cartoon Network later this year. The film's release date in the US is specified as 2015 but the month and date have not been announced. In this film, Ash and Pikachu and friends meet a new and mythical Pokeman called Hoopa, hence the title.

"Hoopa and the Clash of Ages" is the second XY series movie and the eighteenth Pokémon movie in the Pokemon franchise.

A synopsis found on IGN.com says: "Get ready for a new, animated Pokémon adventure! Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages takes Ash and his friends to a desert city by the sea. Here they meet the Mythical Pokémon Hoopa, who has the ability to summon things—including people and Pokémon—through its magic ring."

"After a scary incident, they learn a story about a brave hero who stopped the rampage of a terrifying Pokémon long ago. Now, the threat that has been bottled up for years is in danger of breaking loose again! Can Ash help his new friend overcome the darkness within…or will a dangerous secret erupt into a clash of legends?," the synopsis goes on to say.

Fans are already curious as to who this new Pokemon will be and what powers it will have. The film has Ash and Pikachu learning some historical facts about Pokemon history and lore. The Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire hackers have dug out some interesting tidbits about Hoopa. They have given us a clue about the rabbit hole.

Fans are eager to know what Hoopa and the new Pokémon movie reveal. At the same time, there are doubts about it. Will 'Hoopa and the clash of the Ages" be a worthwhile addition to the Pokemon franchise or are the creators just riding on the Pokemaon wave? Fans will recall that "Pokémon: The First Movie" and "Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew" were both classics. Will their magic be recreated by Hoopa and friends?
