On Easter Friday, owners of Pokemon X can walk into the UK's GAME stores and receive a free Magmar upon request. If the owner has Pokemon Y, they can get an Electabuzz, reported The Epoch Times. Each Pokemon comes with an individualized item, the Magmarizer and the Electirizer. If these Pokemon are traded, they will evolve into Electivire or Magmortar.

The company will also be holding a promotion for the card game as well. A Pokemon TCG: XY sampling pack will be available for a short time as well. Epoch Times reported that each pack will contain a Pikachu hologram card and one additional card as well. The best part of the deal is, there is no purchase required.

Pokemon X and Y is introducing the legendary Darkrai Pokemon at a download event, and it will be offered for free in Japan.

According to Examiner, players have to first purchase "special advance tickets" for the new animated Diancie movie coming out this summer.

The Pokemon available is Darkrai, a dark type, as the name suggests. Darkrai was originally in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, and had a cameo in Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Wii U.

There is no announcement by Nintendo America yet, but in the U.S there are some other promotions going on, reported Examiner.
