Police Officer's Body Camera Captures His Heroic Rescue of A Little Boy From a Burning Building
Earlier this year, Griffin, Georgia police officers began wearing body cameras at all times. In this feature you get to see the heroic actions of one officer, and since then has been receiving national attention.
Sergeant Jo Hudson, from the Griffin Police Department, was a first responder to the scene at a residence where a kitchen fire was reported. When he arrived, a woman had told the officer that a 3-year-old was still in the home. Without hesitation, this officer charged into the building to find this young boy named Ray. This video tells the story about how difficult it was finding him. The firefighters arrived on scene just as Hudson brought the young boy out in his arms.
