Popular Nevada Brothel Owner Endorses Ron Paul, Says Gingrich is a ‘Cheater’
Nevada's most notorious brothel owner has announced he is endorsing Ron Paul for President.
Dennis Hof, star of the HBO documentary series “Cathouse,” and owner of the Moonlight Bunny Ranch outside of Carson City, told the Daily Caller that he decided to endorse Paul after his employees said they favored him above the other candidates.
“We decided to go with the guy that’s more about state’s rights - and that’s Ron Paul,” Hof told the Daily Caller.
Hof told the conservative website that his employees were angry with President Obama over his recent signature on a bill that will allow the human consumption of horsemeat, a very divisive subject in some parts of Nevada.
Hof is referring to Agriculture spending bill H2112, which funds the United States Department of Agriculture. President Obama signed the bill, which allows the department to conduct inspections, last November.
“We thought real closely about supporting [Newt] Gingrich - because he’s a cheater - and we like cheaters,” Hof added.
Paul has already garnished a wave of support in Nevada, a libertarian inclined state. The Republican candidate did well there when he ran for President in 2008.
Hof also supported Paul during the 2008 Republican caucus in Nevada, even creating a "Pimpin' for Paul" deal that provided two “bunnies” for the price of one. The proceeds were collected for Paul’s campaign.
