Porsha Stewart Glorifies God, Back to Loving Life On Birthday

Porsha Stewart, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reality television star, celebrated her birthday Saturday by glorifying God following a tough divorce that has played out in media headlines.

Stewart learned on Twitter that her estranged former NFL playing husband Kordell Stewart was divorcing her. Months after the the news first broke, the 32-year-old reality television star celebrated a birthday and said she is back to enjoying life.

"To God be the glory," Stewart tweeted on her birthday Saturday. "I'm here I'm living and loving LIFE!!"

The reality television star has been leaning on God since learning about her estranged husband's decision to file for divorce.

"Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God," Porsha shared on Instagram. "Painful moments, trust God. Every moment, thank God."

The reality television star has been vocal about her Christian faith on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and thanked those praying for her on Twitter.

"Thank you for your Prayers," she tweeted when the news first broke last March.

Media sources like TMZ first reported about the divorce taking place between Stewart and her husband. Porsha, the granddaughter of civil-rights leader Hosea Williams, was reportedly shocked by the news.

"Mrs. Stewart is disappointed about her husband's recent filing for divorce. Mrs Stewart held off on filing for divorce herself and remained committed to the marriage because Mr. Stewart promised to work on the marriage with her," the estranged Mrs.Stewart's representative reportedly told OMG! Yahoo last March. "Instead, he misled her and she found out about the filing in the media. Mrs. Stewart hopes to resolve these personal issues privately with the support of her family, friends and strong faith."

The reality television star has repeatedly showcased her Christian faith on social media.

"You got to know when to say THANK YOU JESUS, and when to call the devil a Lie (SIC)," Stewart tweeted last month.
