'Pretty Little Liars' Season 4 Star Lucy Hale on Her Future Career
Lucy Hale has been making a splash with her portrayal of Aria Montgomery on the racey ABC Familiy Drama "Pretty Little Liars." While the show is very popular, and there is seemingly no end in sight for the hit drama, Hale is still contemplating where her career will take her next.
In an exclusive sit down with Lucky Magazine, Hale discussed what she hopes the future holds for her adult career.
"It's tricky for me because I'm 24, but I look very young. I'm very much looking forward to playing more adult parts," the Pretty Little Liars star told the publication.
Hale has had a successful acting career thus far in her young life, but she hasn't played many adult parts yet. However Hale has appeared in numerous children's television programs. In 2006 she had a role on Nickelodeon's "Drake and Josh" and from 2007 through 2008, Hale had a recurring role on the children's program by Disney, "Wizards of Waverly Place."
It seems the 24-year-old actress has her eye not only on adult roles, but also on the music industry.
When discussing her future with Lucky the star said, "I love music and don't think I could ever get enough of it."
Hale is already making strides to become a musician. She is currently developing a country music single. The single is expected to be released in 2013, according to WetPaint.com.
Though Hale is contemplating her future career, she does not have plans to leave the "Pretty Little Liars" cast anytime soon.
"I think I'll be doing the show for a little bit longer, and I will always be grateful for it," the actress said.
