Pro Bowl 2014 Live Stream Free: Watch Team Rice vs Team Sanders NFL Football Online (NBC TV Schedule, Start Time, Rosters)
The NFL Pro Bowl 2014 takes place on Sunday and will be the first time that the old format has been scrapped, and a new un-conferenced approach will be implemented. That means two teams selected by Hall of Famers Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders will form Team Rice vs Team Sanders. The game should be an intriguing one and will start at 7.30 p.m. ET from the Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii. The game will be shown on TV on the NBC network, and can also be watched online through free live stream (details below).
Team Rice and Team Sanders were formed in the inaugural Pro Bowl Draft, and appears to be an attempt by league organizers to capitalize on the fantasy football craze. They will be hoping that the new format will help them drive more interest to the game from fans and players alike. Whether it will work remains to be seen.
However, there has certainly been increased interest in the game in the run up to the event – in particular from players.
Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey has said that he has been motivated more by where he has been selected. Pouncey spoke to Alex Marvez and Bill Polian of SiriusXM NFL Radio.
He also indicated that other players are also more excited about the game this season. He said, "Everyone's excited. Some guys are mad because they got drafted later than other guys. So I think it's gonna be a real competitive game. I know one thing, I'm gonna be going 110 percent, because I'm gonna be ready to play."
The revamped Pro Bowl is sure to draw attention from fans as well and should act as a perfect warm up to next weekend's Super Bowl.
