Professionals in Christian Mission Conference to be Held Feb. 5

Interserve USA will hold a conference Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005 to highlight how God is using professionals to build His Kingdom in North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The event, "Professionals in Mission," will to be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Berkeley, Calif.

Interserve, an international fellowship of Christian professionals and highly trained individuals from 20 countries, has for 152 years served holistically the peoples of North Africa, the Middle East and Asia, regions where a large majority of the peoples have never heard the message of the Gospel.

During the conference, workers on home leave will share on-the-ground realities from their areas of service and encourage those considering cross-cultural ministry. The event is open to those with an interest in using their professional skills overseas or supporting those who do.
