He also referred to the "Trapped in the Closet" series as "not of this Earth."

"When I first began experiencing the unknown journey of writing 'Trapped in the Closet' I knew after the first chapter that I had tapped into something that was not of this earth," said Kelly.

"Being the nosy person that I am, I more than anyone wanted to know what the second chapter would be," continued the singer. "And how here we are at chapter 23, trapped in the million dollar question- what the h--- is the package? Well, ladies and gentlemen, not only am I ready to reveal what the package is, but I have many more chapters to share."

The drama with Sylvester, Twan, and Pimp Lucius will see more chapters of the cult classic. After starting off as five videos for Kelly's songs in 2007, the musical series gained popularity. The R&B artist teamed up with IFC to premiere the videos on DVD.

Back in December, Kelly announced his plans to add thirty more chapters to the popular musical.

"It cost a lot of money to do it, so I'm looking for investors," said Kelly speaking to TMX four months ago.

The series follows an extended take of sex scandals and lies, and stars Kelly's alter ego, Sylvester. The soap opera-musical already includes chapters from 2005 to 2007, but dates for the new clips have not been released yet.

Kelly has an upcoming album that is scheduled for release this summer, as well as a memoir due in June.

Many fans of "Trapped in the Closet" are thrilled over the additional chapters.

"The biggest news of the day has nothing to do with sports," wrote Tom. "R. Kelly is recording a third installment of 'Trapped in the Closet."

Victoria wrote, "Someone thought it was a good idea for R. Kelly to bring back his urban opera 'Trapped in the Closet,' thank you."
