'Rainbow Six Siege' News: Fix-filled Patch 2.1.1 Recently Released, Find Out Which Issues It Addresses
Patch 2.1.1 now available for all platforms of 'Rainbow Six Siege'
Patch 2.1.1 was released just recently for "Rainbow Six Siege" and it addresses several issues that have been plaguing players previously.
First off, there are quite a few High Impact Fixes included in this patch, according to the notes posted over on the game's official forums.
Among the issues the High Impact Fixes address are ones related to spawning. With the patch applied, players should no longer spawn with distant camera point of views and as immobile drones.
The skin textures of the Operators have also been fixed so that they no longer appear in low resolution inside the game.
Diamond weapon skins should also work better now and they will be available again in the shop.
Gameplay fixes are also included in the latest patch released for the game, including one that is designed to make sure that players will no longer be teleported quickly after they join a match that is already in progress.
Team kills will also be recorded properly thanks to the patch.
Specific fixes for the Operators featured inside "Rainbow Six Siege" are likewise included.
Mira's Black Mirror, in particular, should not be as buggy as before and that should benefit other players too. Jackal's Eyenox should also not hinder him moving forward, especially since this device could previously cause him to not see certain things.
Several general game fixes are also part of Patch 2.1.1.
For instance, there was a rare issue that could previously lead to the main menu suddenly disappearing, which is obviously not ideal, and players will now no longer have to be wary of that potential problem in the future.
The "Full Roster" achievement should also trigger properly inside the game now once players are able to unlock all the available Operators.
More news about the other updates and fixes coming to "Rainbow Six Siege" should be made available in the near future.
